I just wanted to say thank you for the opportunity to participate in the T4. I lost 9lbs in 4 weeks, 2 inches off my waist and some body fat. More importantly, I learned valuable life tools on measuring food, and how much better I feel when I eat the right portions and fresh food. Our group supported each other and Stacy and Teresa were so prepared and knowledgeable. I’m so glad I signed up for it! Urban Vybe’s T4 program was a game changer! After months of working out and a diet that I considered to be pretty healthy, I just could not drop past a certain point on the scale. This program gave me the structure I needed for both diet and exercise. It took commitment, of course, but the program had the right amount of structure and flexibility to make it doable. That target I had been chasing after – I ended up hitting my goal in only 2 weeks and surpassing my goal by the 4th week! Thanks so much to Stacy and the awesome Urban Vybe instructors.
This program is amazing and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a change in their life! After four weeks, you will feel stronger, more in shape and best of all, lighter. Stacy was able to help me get to my true goal weight. I have been trying to get there for 5 years! Over the last five years, I had actually even give up on my goal weight and added five pounds to it!! With the great classes at Urban Vybe and the easy to follow meal plan, the four weeks fly by. I recommend this to all fitness levels and to anyone who is ready for a transformation.
