Jo and Stacy through years of research and experience gained some big-time wisdom. First, that a person could achieve greater wellness through a fitness methodology that incorporated a variety of modalities. Second, that these need to be balanced specifically for the individual and their goals. The right balanced combination would challenge your mind, body, and soul, as a result achieving the wellness vision you set for yourself. Jo and Stacy have identified the 7 foundational modalities, we call modals, needed for a balanced fitness life. These modals include a Nutrition modal, a Community modal, and the 5 core Fitness modals (yoga, cardio, strength, flexibility and mediation). Through their unique holistic approach to wellness, a new fitness methodology was born – Modal Fitness.
