Infrared Vinyasa Yoga Jasmine was great! Her instruction was clear. The class was challenging in all aspects and it was a good blend of flow balance and flexibility. I also loved her music choices! I highly recommend trying her class and the studio!

Yin Yoga, Meditation, & Sound Healing Really loved this class and the instructor. I am disappointed that this studio posted badly about ClassPassers on their Instagram and it made me not want to go as much.

Love love love Urban Vybe!! I have been coming to this studio for group classes since January 2024 as a local to the FM/Lewisville area. I am a yogi and love the infrared Vinyasa classes but have truly enjoyed the variety with Train45, hiityasa, flex and flow and the Pilates pop up classes! The yin yoga and meditation also offered in the evenings is wonderful for recovery and mindfulness. All of the instructors are incredibly kind and motivating with special shout out to - Jo, Kayla, Meme, Andrea, Caroline and Stacy, all amazing at what they do! I’ve lost over 65 lbs these last two years and got in the best shape of my life for my wedding! Thanks UV 💜

Yin Yoga, Meditation, & Sound Healing The class was really good. It releases tension in your body so beautifully that you just feel rejuvenated after the session. One thing to note - do get your own water as they don’t have water dispensers.

Yin Yoga, Meditation, & Sound Healing Absolutely transcendent class! It was an hour long journey of meditation and self inquiry that left me completely relax at the end! My favorite part was the sound bath!

Yin Yoga, Meditation, & Sound Healing I went to their Yin Yoga, Meditation, and Sound healing today…I guess it’s a good one for newbies. Well I almost didn’t go because I was running late and couldn’t find my matt…thank goodness they rent ones there for $5. Anyways, turns out it was EXACTLY what my body and most importantly my SOUL needed. During practice…I started tearing up and crying. Not sure why, not ugly cry but just a tear or two rolled down my face. It’s the first time ever that’s happened to me in any workout class. The instructor said it was my body just releasing stress. Apparently in today’s world we are in constant “Flight or Fight” response and this practice was to help us slow down, and activate our para-sympathetic nervous system and just be one in ourselves. I’m not sure if I’m putting this correctly, remember still a newbie! Ha ha anyways, it was fantastic. Thank you.
