HIITyasa workouts take place in our infrared heated studio with temperatures ranging from 88°F-92°F.

Hot Vinyasa takes place in our infrared heated studio with temperatures ranging from 90°F-95°F.

This outdoor class burns off fat and maximizes afterburn to ensure you never stop burning calories—even long after the workout is done. Train45 is an action-packed, non-stop, high-intensity training class that revs up your heart-rate with strength-based cardio drills for a challenging and fun workout.
Enjoy a uniquely balanced mix of a little Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, & Restorative Yoga all rolled together in 1 class! Yoga Fusion begins with a slow moving vinyasa flow to warm the body, followed by longer holds with special attention placed on individual alignment and body work, & ending with the deep, releasing stretching postures of Yin Yoga and a calming, relaxing experience of a supportive Restorative Yoga practice. This is the perfect class for beginners & all levels, as well as for anyone desiring a more complete experience, one that gives each student exactly what our bodies, minds, & soul crave.
Yin Yoga and Meditation
Yin Yoga and Meditation is a slow-paced, deeply meditative yoga class that targets and stretches the fascia and deep connective tissues between the muscles. During Yin yoga, you will hold poses for an extended period to improve joint mobility, increase flexibility throughout the body, and enhance circulation. The stretching is paired with conscious breathing and self-awareness to calm and focus the mind. The class ends with a deep meditation that pulls you into the stillness of complete relaxation. Aerial yoga takes you to new levels of strength, flexibility, and balance, and in addition, it’s an amazing way to release tension in the body and decompress the spine.
